Emily Dickinson Photoset III

The picture that is being used for this Photo Set, was taken in Spring of 2010. I have always loved this photograph because of all the visual stimulation it provides. The contour lines from the veil, the blue and yellow contrasts, the asymmetrical position of the model, and just how it altogether, is dynamic. I decided that the poem "A Slash of Blue", fit perfectly with this picture. I hope you will think so too! Comment and tell me in you're opinion what two colors go well together.
A slash of Blue—
A sweep of Gray—
Some scarlet patches on the way,
Compose an Evening Sky—
A little purple—slipped between—
Some Ruby Trousers hurried on—
A Wave of Gold—
A Bank of Day—
This just makes out the Morning Sky.

Model: K. Endris-Smith
Camera: Canon Rebel
